Have fun in Hawaii at the beautiful Bella Kai Yoga Studio in Kailua town! Join guest teacher Jessica Carry, E-RYT500, and founder of SoulSpeak Wellness as she presents Ignite Your Power: access your strength and live your core values.  She will begin with a meditation and yoga practice to turn the focus inward and stimulate the solar plexus, which is known to be the center of our personal power. This is followed by collaborative writing exercises to identify the core values that drive us. Combining yoga with personal development allows for greater growth and clarity. This will be a supportive experience in empowerment and an opportunity to connect deeper to what we value most. We hope you will stay for a light social immediately following. Bring a journal, pen and yoga mat.
